Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During new product releases or restocks, processing may extend slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our items.


Small-Batch Production

Our botanicals and body care products are made in weekly batches.

If an item is freshly made or completing its infusion/blending cycle, your order may ship once the batch is ready. We will always keep processing times as timely as possible.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

All orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.

Delivery timeframes are typically:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Warmer Weather Considerations

Some products may soften or melt during transit in warm climates. This does not affect product performance; simply allow items to cool at room temperature before opening.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

We cannot replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is accepted by the carrier, any delays or lost packages must be handled directly with the carrier.

We will always do our best to support you through the claims process.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is placed. Please contact us promptly for assistance.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Prodigal Queens, every product is handcrafted in small batches with care, intention, and high-quality botanicals. We want you to love each item you receive. If something isn’t quite right, please review our updated return guidelines below.

 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify, the item must be:
• Unused
• Unopened
• In its original packaging
• With safety tape and seals fully intact
• In re-sellable condition

 

Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error.

Due to hygiene, safety, and small-batch production, we do not accept returns of opened products. This ensures the integrity and safety of all inventory for our customers.

 

Damaged or Broken Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to help.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:


• A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
• A photo of the shipping box
• Your order number
• Your tracking number

 

Once all information is received and reviewed, we will issue either:


• A replacement item (preferred), or
• Assistance with filing a carrier claim


We cannot issue replacements without photos and proof of purchase.


Wrong Item Received (Our Mistake)

 

If we accidentally sent the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. To receive the correct item:


1. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
2. The incorrect item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, including safety tape.
3. We will provide a prepaid return label.
4. Once the incorrect item is returned and confirmed, we will ship the correct product to you.

This protects product safety and ensures we maintain quality standards.
